GETTING AROUND

Travel to Uppsala

It is easy and convenient to get to and from Uppsala, which is located along the northern main line and with excellent train connections with the rest of the country.

Between Uppsala and Stockholm, the train journey only takes 37 minutes. You can also easily reach Uppsala by train in just 17 minutes from Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Travel within Uppsala

Once in Uppsala, you can easily get around the city by foot, the compact city center means that you can reach most things within a short walking distance. If you wish to travel by public transport, UL drives its buses for a greener world, with biogas in the tank. Should you choose a taxi, the majority of the city's taxis are environmentally friendly.
